Time-critical
When you need an answer this week, not next month.
Call me. On working days you get a reliable answer the same day — and if I cannot help you, I will tell you who can.
Typical cases
Four situations that come up every week.
Appointment at the immigration office
The authority requires proof of adequate insurance cover before it issues the residence permit. A travel or incoming policy is generally not enough — it has to be full health insurance whose benefits match at least the statutory level.
Your employer needs the proof
New job, tight deadline, no time for a three-week comparison. Send me your key details today and you will have a concrete answer tomorrow — including whether you are allowed to switch at all.
The insurer has cancelled or rejected you
A rejection by one company does not rule out the others. Underwriting guidelines differ considerably, and there are dedicated tariffs for more difficult cases. After the first conversation we will know whether you have real options.
The public fund has turned you away
Above the income threshold, self-employed or a deadline missed — then the public route is closed for now. We work out which private tariffs actually fit, not which ones happen to be selling well.
Preparation
What I need to make this quick.
Five details are enough for a first reliable assessment. Everything else we clarify afterwards.
Common questions
What people ask most often in urgent cases.
Often, yes. If you are in principle allowed to switch and your health is unremarkable, experience shows the contract is in place within three to five working days. Some insurers issue provisional cover on the day of application, which is often enough for appointments with the authorities.
As a rule, no. Travel and incoming policies are limited in time, capped in amount and contain numerous exclusions. For entry into the country they are often sufficient; for the residence permit the authority usually requires full health insurance. That is the most common reason an appointment with the authorities falls through.
No. Companies assess the same pre-existing condition very differently. What matters is only that from now on we enquire anonymously, so that no further rejection is documented — every additional one weakens your position.
No. My remuneration comes from the insurer and is independent of how urgent your case is. The first conversation remains free of charge.
The clock is running. Call me.
A call takes five minutes and usually settles whether your deadline can be met.
